Welcome to Student Jotter
This document will serve as a guide to what happens next, what we need from you and what you can expect from us. We are committed to ensuring that your new Student Jotter site is developed to a high standard and in a timely fashion. You can use this as a checklist as we go along.
What we need from you on consultation
Week 1:
| Your account manager will call you to check that you are happy with your new Learnanywhere. | |
| Please provide us with a date and time that we can schedule the remote training (1 hour). | |
| A list of staff and student users and house groups or class names in a spreadsheet emailed to: content@webanywhere.co.uk. |
What we’ll do
Week 1:
| A consultation to provide you with information and for us to gain the required information. | |
| Set up your account and provide you with the log in details. | |
| Schedule the remote training. |
Week 2:
| Training will occur (if arranged for this week). | |
| Upload the users to Student Jotter. | |
| Single sign on will be set up with your Moodle or Learnanywhere (if required). | |
| A link to your Student Jotter site will be added to your schools website (If requested). |
Week 3:
| If not completed in week 2, remote training will occur. | |
| You can add groups and content to the Student Jotter.. | |
| You are able to train your staff and students. | |
| Student Jotter is now deemed delivered. |
Week 4:
| If not completed in week 2, remote training will occur. | |
| You can add groups and content to the Student Jotter. | |
| You are able to train your staff and students. | |
| Student Jotter is now deemed delivered. |

Extra training sessions can be purchased from your account manager.
