Welcome to Student Jotter

This document will serve as a guide to what happens next, what we need from you and what you can expect from us. We are committed to ensuring that your new Student Jotter site is developed to a high standard and in a timely fashion. You can use this as a checklist as we go along.

What we need from you on consultation

Week 1:

bullet image Your account manager will call you to check that you are happy with your new Learnanywhere.
bullet image Please provide us with a date and time that we can schedule the remote training (1 hour).
bullet image A list of staff and student users and house groups or class names in a spreadsheet emailed to: content@webanywhere.co.uk.

What we’ll do

Week 1:

bullet image A consultation to provide you with information and for us to gain the required information.
bullet image Set up your account and provide you with the log in details.
bullet image Schedule the remote training.

Week 2:

bullet image Training will occur (if arranged for this week).
bullet image Upload the users to Student Jotter.
bullet image Single sign on will be set up with your Moodle or Learnanywhere (if required).
bullet image A link to your Student Jotter site will be added to your schools website (If requested).

Week 3:

bullet image If not completed in week 2, remote training will occur.
bullet image You can add groups and content to the Student Jotter..
bullet image You are able to train your staff and students.
bullet image Student Jotter is now deemed delivered.

Week 4:

bullet image If not completed in week 2, remote training will occur.
bullet image You can add groups and content to the Student Jotter.
bullet image You are able to train your staff and students.
bullet image Student Jotter is now deemed delivered.

Extra training sessions can be purchased from your account manager.
